We develop and participate in training and competitive wrestling programs that cater to both casual and competitive youth wrestlers, and everything in between. Our highly qualified coaching staff creates a training and competition environment that fosters the ideals of hard work, discipline, teamwork, good sportsmanship, honesty, and respect for authority.

Our training and competition schedule is designed to provide appropriate age and skill level opportunities for all of our wrestlers. Our elementary wrestlers practice together, and compete against other local recreation programs. Our middle school and advanced elementary wrestlers practice together and compete in the Mid Jersey Wrestling League and the Jersey Shore Junior Wrestling League.
